Professional Liability Insurance
Professional liability insurance for tax advisors is provided by HDI Versicherung AG, HDI-Platz 1, 30659 Hannover. The geographical scope of the insurance coverage extends to services provided at least within the member states of the European Union and meets, at a minimum, the requirements of Section 67 of the Tax Advisory Act (StBerG) in conjunction with Sections 51 et seq. of the Ordinance on the Implementation of the Provisions Concerning Tax Advisors, Tax Agents, and Tax Advisory Firms (DVStB).
Geographical scope of insurance coverage: Federal Republic of Germany and the other member states of the European Union

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
